| You agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Industry Standard PBR Licence Agreement. PDF (201kb)

| | We authorise you to sell ‘Authorised InterGrain wheat varieties’ to other growers by means of an internet exchange forum located at www.seedpool.com.au
|
| | We authorize you to sell InterGrain ‘Premium Noodle Wheat’ varieties for seed to other growers by means of an internet exchange forum located at www.seedpool.com.au ‘and in no other way’.

| | You acknowledge that you are not authorized by the Intellectual Property Owner (InterGrain Pty Ltd) of Premium Noodle Wheat’s, to sell any Propagated Material ‘for seed’ except as above in 1.2.

| | You acknowledge that you are authorized to sell Grain ‘not sold’ for seed only to Approved Grain Marketers. Approved Grain Marketers are appointed by the Intellectual Property Owner.
|
| | You agree to inform the buyer of the Seed of the Terms and Conditions and that a purchase made by them binds them to these Terms and Conditions.
|
| | You agree to complete the SeedPool Declaration Form detailing seed sold.
|
| | You acknowledge that you must comply with all relevant legislation.

Risk & Responsibility
|
Nuseed and InterGrain are providing the SeedPool system as a service free of charge to authorized InterGrain wheat producers with the intention of facilitating rapid adoption of “Authorised InterGrain Wheat Varieties”. Once a grower has been authorised to sell seed by InterGrain/Nuseed all pricing, quality assurance and related transactions in the sale of the seed will be entirely the responsibility of the authorised seller. The authorized seller must, however, meet the terms of the license agreement at all times. Growers offering seed to other farmers should take account of relevant seed acts and/or legislation.
All costs of the optional SureSeed system are to be met by the grower.
